• The registration fee is highly subsidized and is spread to cover costs for:
• Hall rental, including equipment, sound, lighting, and decorations for all 4 days of events
• Cocktails and drinks for Day 1
• Lunch & tea break for 3 days
• Dinner for Gala Night
• Souvenirs

Yes. The voting system will be hybrid, allowing both physical and virtual attendees to participate.

No. Accommodation is not included in the fee. However, a contact is available on the form to help you book the designated hotel. We are also working on getting host homes where our Abuja sisters can host some guests in their homes. This is subject to availability

No. Registration is for the entire 4-day AGM package and cannot be split into daily rates.

Yes, but guests will be required to pay separately for a Gala Night ticket. Details will be shared closer to the event.

Yes. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration in the extra comment section so catering can be adjusted accordingly.

No, transportation is not covered. Shuttle arrangements to various destinations depending on chosen activities will be available at agreed costs.

Yes. The event will have professional media coverage. Photos and videos will be shared after the event.

Cancellations made before 30th September will receive a 70% refund but after that date, you will receive the event materials.

Yes. Dedicated networking sessions and an exhibition space will be available for alumnae who wish to promote their businesses or initiatives at a minimal cost

No. The AGM is designed for adult alumnae and registered guests only.
